With more than 20 years in education and 15 years teaching in the Temecula Valley, Karen Poznanski is committed to strong academics, responsible leadership, and restoring trust in our schools.

Karen is an experienced educator, parent, and community member who has spent her career supporting students and families. With experience in both elementary and secondary education, she brings a well-rounded understanding of how students learn and what schools need to succeed.

Karen is currently pursuing her doctorate in Global Education Policy at the University of Southern California, where she studies how district-level decisions impact students, teachers, and school communities.

She is running to bring a POZitive, student-centered focus back to Temecula schools.
